Role Overview
This role supports Hubexia Media's production coordination across ideas, people, and delivery. You will help move creative work from concept to execution with clarity, calm communication, and strong follow-through.
What you will do
- Support production timelines, schedules, and internal delivery checkpoints.
- Coordinate briefs, approvals, and handoffs across creative collaborators.
- Track moving parts across campaigns, episodes, story packages, and studio work.
- Help maintain a reliable production rhythm for launches and editorial releases.
What we are looking for
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Interest in media production, campaign planning, or creative operations.
- Ability to manage details without losing sight of the broader story.
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating across shared tools.
